Returns Policy

If you purchased an item on the Mercado do Clássico, you have a period of 14 days to return your order, starting this period from the day you received your order.
You can do- so provided that the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in the original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. To do so, contact us through our Contacts page.

Refund

In the case of a return, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made after validating the fulfillment of the return conditions described above, with Mercado do Clássico having a period of up to 14 days for the effect from the moment it is received the item at our facilities.
