The Iberian Classic Raid, formerly called Spain Classic Raid, has started the countdown to its this year edition, which will be on the road between October 16th and 23rd.
The event organized by Agrupación Deportiva Etcétera has already been held in several editions, and this will be the second under the name Iberian Classic Raid, since, like last year, it will have its path with a goal in Lisbon.
For those unfamiliar with the event, this is a raid for cars over 25 years old that travels across the Iberian Peninsula along dirt roads. A route extremely worked by the organization that covers a total of 2,100km from Barcelona to Lisbon, passing through Madrid, during 8 days. So that it's not just a tour, the event is divided into stages where teams will be able to compete regularly, with points being distributed at the end of each day.
